Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of food service management experience in a similar environment
- Ability to talk hear stand walk sit frequently bend squat stoop and lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work 50 to 60 hours per week
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Must be available to be on call 24/7

Job Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations including hiring top talent training and team development while driving profitability
- Train and direct team ensuring all food items are prepared and served according to brand company and health regulations
- Build and foster a customer-focused culture emphasizing superior guest experience
- Serve as role model by presenting high energy friendly attitude to team members and guests
- Manage P&L and inventory by analyzing sales trends and implementing action plans to drive additional sales
- Create an organized process-oriented environment
- Communicate company objectives to align team members with daily operations
- Set expectations track results and manage performance for continuous improvement
- Schedule team members effectively for optimal guest service and labor control
- Create a people-first culture ensuring superior guest service and operational excellence
- Practice discipline in expense spending and thorough operational planning
- Forecast and analyze business trends including payroll loss prevention and controllable expenses to maximize performance and profitability
