Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1-2 years food service management experience in a similar environment
- must have a valid driver's license
- satisfactory motor vehicle record
- ability to work 50-60 hours per week
- availability to be on call 24/7
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, squat, stoop, and operate business equipment
- excellent communication skills
- strong leadership capabilities
- experience in scheduling and labor control
- must be able to manage payroll and expenses
- must be able to recruit, train, and develop staff

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations including hiring, training, and developing team members while driving profitability
- train and direct team to ensure food preparation and service comply with brand, company, and health regulations
- build and foster a guest-focused culture providing convenience and trust
- serve as a role model with a high energy, friendly attitude to team members and guests
- actively manage profit and loss and inventory by identifying sales trends and implementing action plans to increase sales
- create an organized and process-oriented environment
- communicate company objectives clearly to align team efforts with company strategy
- set clear performance expectations, track results, and manage team performance for continuous improvement
- schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand while controlling labor costs
- create a culture of people-first, superior guest service, and operational excellence
- practice disciplined expense management and thorough planning
- forecast and analyze business trends, payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses to maximize performance and profitability
