Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 1-2 years food service management experience in a similar environment
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • ability to work 50-60 hours per week
  • availability to be on call 24/7
  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, squat, stoop, and operate business equipment
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • experience in scheduling and labor control
  • must be able to manage payroll and expenses
  • must be able to recruit, train, and develop staff

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations including hiring, training, and developing team members while driving profitability
  • train and direct team to ensure food preparation and service comply with brand, company, and health regulations
  • build and foster a guest-focused culture providing convenience and trust
  • serve as a role model with a high energy, friendly attitude to team members and guests
  • actively manage profit and loss and inventory by identifying sales trends and implementing action plans to increase sales
  • create an organized and process-oriented environment
  • communicate company objectives clearly to align team efforts with company strategy
  • set clear performance expectations, track results, and manage team performance for continuous improvement
  • schedule team members effectively to meet guest demand while controlling labor costs
