We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in a full-time position. Offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually, complemented by a quarterly bonus plan, this role is designed for someone passionate about culinary excellence and capable of leading a high-performing team. The Restaurant Manager at The Capital Grille plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service, managing staff development, and driving business success in a high-volume upscale restaurant environment. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for executing operational strategies that align with the brand's mission to create memorable dining experiences. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in upscale or high-end restaurant settings
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
