Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano is currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Restaurant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and beverage and committed to the overall success of the restaurant. This role is vital in creating the ultimate dining experience by overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards in food preparation and guest interaction. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for building a cohesive and efficient team by hiring, training, and motivating staff while fostering a positive work environment. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000 based on experience and includes a performance-based bonus program with potential earnings up to $5,000 annually.

The Restaurant Manager is expected to act with professionalism at all times, maintain honesty, and uphold an energetic and hardworking attitude. Key responsibilities include managing operational costs, scheduling staff, taking inventory, ordering supplies, and facility management. Additionally, this role demands strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and develop the team, ensuring a consistent delivery of high-quality service to guests. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dining Room Manager in a table-service restaurant, possess current Food Safety and Sanitation and Alcohol Training certifications, and be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and various shift times to meet operational needs. Furthermore, the Restaurant Manager must have reliable transportation, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and a high level of stamina to remain on their feet for extended periods. Job Requirements

  • ability to work 45-55 hour work weeks with varying hours based on operational needs
  • must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
  • must have reliable transportation to and from work

  • must be 21 years or age or older
