Operating for decades, Red Lobster has built a strong reputation as a leader in the casual dining seafood market. With locations across the United States and beyond, the company is committed to delivering fresh, delicious seafood and top-notch hospitality to guests at every visit. As a company, Red Lobster emphasizes a culture of learning and development, fostering an environment where employees are encouraged to grow their careers through comprehensive training and leadership opportunities.
This role of Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster offers an exciting opportunity for those who dream of operating a restaurant and leading a team to success. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for guiding restaurant operations with a strong focus on delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction is maximized. This role involves hiring, training, and inspiring team members to create a standout restaurant experience. You will be instrumental in driving sales, promoting a fun and safe environment for team development, managing performance through evaluations and coaching, and ensuring compliance with employment policies and safe food handling procedures.
Red Lobster invests significantly in its management team by providing tailored in-restaurant training programs, individual development plans, and continuous certification opportunities. This puts you at the forefront of ongoing professional development, preparing you to fast track your career within the hospitality industry. The restaurant offers a schedule that supports work-life balance, with operating hours generally between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., eliminating early mornings and late nights to help you maintain a healthy personal and professional life.
In addition to competitive base salary and weekly pay, the position includes eligibility for quarterly bonuses, immediate health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and voluntary benefits. After one year of service, you also become eligible for the 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, along with paid vacation and dining discounts. Red Lobster prides itself on training and career advancement opportunities that empower Restaurant Managers to climb the career ladder within the company or the broader hospitality sector.
With a salary range of $57,000 to $64,700 per year, this full-time role provides a solid compensation package reflecting the responsibilities and career growth potential. If you have management experience and a passion for delivering excellent dining experiences, this is your chance to join a dedicated team and build your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
