Our new Japanese Fine Dining restaurant is an exciting culinary establishment dedicated to bringing authentic Japanese cuisine to the community. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in a full-time capacity. This vital role offers an opportunity to shape the culture and operational excellence of our restaurant from its inception. The Restaurant Manager will be instrumental in overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. This position demands a hands-on leader who can thrive in a fast-paced fine dining environment while managing a diverse team, including hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing fine dining establishments, with a preference for experience in Japanese or other upscale cuisines. This role involves not only supervising daily operations but also fostering a work atmosphere grounded in values such as teamwork, respect, mindfulness, and positivity. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. They will manage scheduling, coaching, and mentoring staff while ensuring all health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld.

Compensation for this full-time role ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting the high level of responsibility and expertise required. Job Duties

  • Supervise and support front-of-house staff including hosts servers bartenders and support staff
  • Ensure smooth daily operations from opening to closing
  • Maintain exceptional service standards including guest satisfaction and attention to detail
  • Train coach and mentor FOH team members instilling values such as teamwork respect mindfulness and positivity
