The Restaurant Manager role at Raising Cane's is a critical leadership position responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader with daily restaurant operations while upholding the company’s high standards and vibrant culture. This full-time position offers an initial pay range of $20 to $24 per hour, depending on location and experience, with added opportunity for monthly bonuses and competitive compensation packages. In this role, the manager acts as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant and ensuring all operational areas meet Raising Cane's strict standards during shifts. The physical demands involve working in a dynamic kitchen environment with extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending, as well as engaging with customers directly. The manager must maintain facility cleanliness, ensure safety protocols are followed, and oversee cash handling with strict accountability.
Key responsibilities include enforcing company policies, directing crew members efficiently throughout shifts, managing scheduling and staffing, and utilizing internal tools and logs to track performance and address operational issues swiftly. Customer service excellence is paramount, and restaurant managers are expected to lead by example, recognize crew contributions, and authorize employee-related functions like discounts and timeclock overrides. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
- Act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
- Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- Execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- Use required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed
- Direct crewmembers during a shift
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and facility maintenance
- Complete other duties as assigned
