The Restaurant Manager position at Little Caesars is a critical leadership role responsible for building, leading, and supervising a dynamic team to achieve the restaurant's objectives. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a management role in quick service restaurants or one year in full service restaurant management
  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • High school diploma or GED some college preferred
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of local store marketing sales building and cost control
  • Ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements
  • Dependable hard working with ability to work approximately 50 hours per week
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years experience in a management role in a quick service restaurant or one year experience in a full service restaurant management position
  • High school diploma or GED some college preferred
  • Basic math skills
  • Working knowledge of local store marketing techniques sales building and cost control
  • Knowledge of how to read and analyze profit and loss statements
  • Dependable hardworking with ability to work a varied 50 hour workweek
  • Valid driver's license from state of residence with driving record maintained within company guidelines

Job Duties

  • Ensures customers are served correct complete orders within service time goals according to customer service standards priority guidelines telephone and front counter station procedures and remedy process if necessary
  • Prepares and ensures that all colleagues prepare consistent high-quality products as described in the Little Caesars Orientation and Training Handbook
  • Achieves standards for a clean and organized restaurant and colleague image as defined in company guidelines and local regulations
  • Recruits hires trains and evaluates colleagues by following procedures outlined in SCORES materials and in-store training resources
  • Develops a productive team by providing direction and supervision of colleagues through communication delegation and disciplinary skills
  • Ensures a work environment that complies with government regulations is safe secure and free of harassment or discrimination
  • Completes all paperwork associated with daily weekly and period end activities accurately as directed
  • Performs labor scheduling food ordering and product projections accurately
  • Manages financial responsibilities with integrity and performs tasks to achieve cost control goals
  • Implements shakerboarding local store marketing events and in-store promotions to increase sales
  • Works approximately 50 hours weekly with hands-on management and physical work
