With a strong commitment to its team members, PopStroke recognizes the limitless potential in each individual, encouraging bold ideas, growth, and the belief that with support, challenge, and trust, everyone can rise to their fullest capabilities. The company’s culture is rooted in collaboration, problem-solving, and proactive engagement, all while maintaining a fun and vibrant work environment. Known as The PopStroke Way, this mindset emphasizes heart, teamwork, and drive as the core of its success.
The establishment operates in the entertainment and hospitality sector, blending restaurant and golf amenities to provide a unique leisure experience. PopStroke is driven by core values such as making work fun, bringing energy to every interaction, rolling up sleeves to solve problems hands-on, owning responsibilities with pride, and continuously improving processes instead of repeating the past. This culture nurtures creativity, positivity, and connection among team members and guests alike.
The current opportunity is for a Restaurant Manager who plays a vital role in supporting both the Operating Partner and Assistant Operating Partner in managing day-to-day operations within the restaurant and golf facilities. This role is essential in ensuring seamless service that meets sales and profit objectives, staffing supervision, employee development, and inventory control. The Restaurant Manager is tasked with upholding the professional image of PopStroke and its commitment to being "Best in Class." This includes executing opening and closing procedures, assisting service delivery, and maintaining cost efficiencies in food, beverage, utilities, and labor.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic leader who delivers exceptional guest experiences and fosters a positive work environment. Responsibilities extend to the hiring process, training programs aligned with the company’s philosophy, employee feedback and performance management, and compliance with all policies and regulations including food safety standards. The Restaurant Manager ensures operational standards across all areas, including safety, security, cleanliness, and maintenance, contributing to a welcoming and secure atmosphere for both guests and employees.
Reporting directly to the Operating Partner, this role offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually. PopStroke seeks a candidate with a hands-on approach who is passionate about hospitality, problem-solving, and taking ownership. This role offers opportunities to contribute to an evolving brand that values innovation and continuous improvement in all aspects of its operations. Joining PopStroke means becoming part of a team that values fun, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering memorable experiences in a vibrant, collaborative environment. This is not just a management position but a chance to be integral in shaping the guest experience and company culture at a fast-growing and respected brand.
