Texas Roadhouse is currently seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager who will be instrumental in overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations. The Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the consistent delivery of legendary food and legendary service across all aspects of the restaurant. This leadership position requires someone who is knowledgeable in managing restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, as well as someone with proven ability to uphold safety standards and drive strong guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline of hourly employees to create a positive and efficient work environment. The role also involves hands-on supervision of food production to guarantee quality compliance with established recipes and procedures.

In this role, the Restaurant Manager will be active in driving sales, enhancing guest experiences, managing labor and food costs through inventory control, and fostering team development through structured training programs. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager is charged with maintaining a safe, fun, and clean restaurant environment that aligns with Texas Roadhouse's core values and operational goals. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related field
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Capability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
  • Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and inventory management
  • Commitment to upholding company values and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House staff
  • Supervise food production ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
  • Enforce security measures ensuring safety of employees and guests at all times
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • Maintain safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
