Have Fun. motto. The company prides itself on creating a dynamic, inclusive atmosphere that values every Crewmember's contribution to its ongoing success and rapid growth trajectory. With ambitions to become a Top 10 Restaurant Brand in the United States, Raising Cane's offers its employees an inspiring and rewarding workplace with plentiful opportunities for professional development and career progression.

The Restaurant Manager role at Raising Cane's is a crucial position responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in the overall management and day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Full-time Restaurant Managers also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage. Additional perks include dependent care and healthcare flexible spending accounts, company-provided life and disability insurance, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer match for eligible employees aged 21 and older. Employees also benefit from access to financial advisors for budget planning, a gym membership program, tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program, and even pet insurance.

Perks for the Restaurant Manager extend to weekly pay, competitive base salary plus monthly bonuses, paid time off and sick leave, eight paid holidays annually, early restaurant closures for company events, casual work attire, and employee discount programs through Perkspot. Raising Cane's actively invests in its workforce, cultivating a supportive culture where managers have the tools and recognition programs needed to motivate and develop their teams effectively.
