Outback Steakhouse fosters a workplace that encourages professional growth, inclusivity, and a strong sense of community, making it an attractive place for those passionate about hospitality and leadership.

The Restaurant Manager role at Outback Steakhouse is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) restaurant operations with limited supervision. This role is critical in ensuring that the restaurant maintains exceptional standards in appearance, food presentation, customer service, and overall guest experience. Preferred qualifications include prior experience managing a full-service restaurant, including bar operations, certification in food safety, willingness to relocate within the assigned region, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Compensation varies by location, with bonuses available based on eligibility and business performance.
