Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in high-volume restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to learn all restaurant positions
- Ability to build relationships with guests and staff
- Experience managing large teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in kitchen and skilled in ordering and inventory management
