You should possess strong knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to excellent execution in a fast-paced restaurant environment. A stable working history demonstrating upward career progress is highly desirable. While current salaried management experience is preferred, candidates with relevant leadership experience in hospitality are also encouraged to apply.
