Working as a Restaurant Manager here means you benefit from weekly pay with balanced schedules, including one weekend off per month and schedules tailored to fit your life. You will receive vacation and flex time, with five flex days each year, along with additional vacation depending on your tenure. Plus, extra pay is provided when you work six days in a week. Quarterly bonuses reward your leadership and your restaurant's performance. The restaurant closes on Thanksgiving and Christmas, giving you special time off for the holidays. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
