Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is currently looking for a motivated and skilled Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every guest visit is a memorable celebration, reflecting the brand's commitment to quality and service. The Manager will play a critical role in maintaining Fleming's status as a top restaurant choice by leading with passion and integrity while creating an inclusive and engaging work environment. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package that varies by location with the possibility of bonuses based on eligibility and business performance. In this role, the Manager will be responsible for driving high employee standards, fostering an inclusive team culture, and maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department. They will implement effective security protocols to ensure the safety of both employees and guests, contributing to a secure and welcoming environment. The Manager will focus on delivering memorable guest experiences and actively engage with the local community through outreach activities and events.
Additionally, the Manager will manage the department’s profit and loss (P&L), develop initiatives to increase sales and profitability, and grow the restaurant’s guest count. Coaching and training associates to enhance their skills and performance is also a key element of the role. The Manager will ensure all menu items meet the company's high presentation and quality standards and enforce strict safety and sanitation practices, showcasing a passion for excellence and maintaining immaculate facilities.

- Implementing effective security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of both employees and guests
- Being the restaurant of choice by creating memorable experiences for guests and authentically connecting to guests and participating in community outreach activities and events
- Driving restaurant results through management of your department's P&L, developing initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, grow the guest count, and coach and train associates
- Taking pride in presenting quality food and drink by ensuring all menu items are made according to recipe and presentation standards
- Enforcing safety and sanitation practices by maintaining immaculate facilities
