The role of Restaurant Manager at Invited offers an exciting opportunity for candidates to engage in junior management within a vibrant club setting. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage service operations within the club's restaurant, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests. This role requires a hands-on approach during lower volume periods, working directly with service teams to maintain high standards of service quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. The manager will assist the Restaurant Director in managing meal periods, coordinating service staff, and ensuring room setups and reservation management align with club specifications.

This position is pivotal in maintaining Invited's renowned service standards and fostering an environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism, and excellence. The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations, handle opening and closing procedures, assist with training and development of staff, and ensure compliance with all safety and service policies. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, restaurant, or private club setting
  • ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
  • ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
  • capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
  • able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • effective communication skills including talking and hearing
  • sufficient visual acuity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage, restaurant, or private club setting
  • preferred certifications including Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, STAR Trainer Certification, TABC Certification, and CPR Certification
  • completion of all food and beverage online training modules
  • strong experience handling confidential member and employee data
  • proficient computer skills including spreadsheet software
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
  • provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • ensure member/guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
  • supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service execution
  • monitor the reservation book and oversee room setups
  • complete opening and closing procedures for meal shifts
  • assist in training and development of service staff
  • participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
  • maintain knowledge of the a la carte menu and beverage offerings
  • record necessary information for shift handover
  • communicate updates and special instructions to ensure smooth operations
