We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Manager to oversee the daily operations of both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions within the restaurant. This role involves maintaining high standards in appearance, presentation, customer experience, and professional leadership. With limited supervision, the Manager will play a key role in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and maintaining a talented and motivated team aligned with Carrabba's brand values. The Manager will actively participate in the professional development and career growth of hourly team members, ensuring that all staff are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service.

Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for implementing and enforcing effective security protocols to ensure the safety of both employees and guests. Maintaining compliance with operational, safety, and sanitation standards is a critical aspect of the role, along with ensuring that all health inspections meet required state standards. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the entire menu and preparation standards, enabling them to set the service standard and respond effectively to guest comments to build customer loyalty. This role also offers opportunities to engage with the local community and participate in market-related activities that enhance the restaurant's presence and reputation.
