The role of a Restaurant Manager at Cracker Barrel is pivotal to sustaining the company’s high standards for both food and service. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual who can oversee and manage all facets of daily restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house activities. The position requires flexibility and commitment, including the ability to work 50 hours per week with five 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays. Having a valid driver’s license is also necessary.
