The company fosters an inclusive workplace environment where team members are valued as the most important asset, and collaboration drives excellence across all functions. With a focus on innovation and quality, JACK Entertainment continues to set a high standard in creating memorable experiences through its gaming, dining, and entertainment offerings.

The role of Restaurant Manager at JACK Entertainment is pivotal in maintaining the excellence that defines the dining experience within the company’s dynamic hospitality operations. Primarily responsible for overseeing all service functions of the bar, lounge, and dining room, the Restaurant Manager ensures seamless coordination across front-of-house operations. This position requires a leader who embodies a passion for quality and demonstrates strong leadership capabilities to foster a culture of outstanding guest service and team engagement. A deep knowledge of wines, spirits, and food is essential to support the in-house restaurant beverage programs and to provide thorough training for service staff, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the highest standards of the brand.

In this capacity, the Restaurant Manager sets the tone for service excellence and maintains top-tier talent within the front-of-house team. The role entails close collaboration with culinary, beverage, and stewarding teams to guarantee smooth operational systems and embody a 'best in brand' attitude. Marketing initiatives are part of the remit, where the Restaurant Manager creates promotional programs aimed at increasing beverage sales and motivating staff through rewards and contests. Hands-on training encompasses wine service, table setting and clearing, upselling techniques, and menu familiarization to enhance the customer experience. The manager works with local vendors to introduce new products and tastings, enriching the knowledge and capabilities of the restaurant team.

Personnel management is a critical function, involving coaching, guiding, and instructing staff to meet outlet expectations, recommending staffing changes, and ensuring compliance with all company and industry regulations. Financial oversight includes daily expense control and cost tracking, while marketing efforts extend to managing guest databases and executing social media engagement.

The Restaurant Manager conducts daily pre-shift meetings to unite front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a collaborative environment. This role requires reliability, conscientiousness, and excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership, communication, team-building, and problem-solving. Attention to detail, the ability to maintain consistent high service levels, and professional guest interaction are vital. The manager must also be adept at quickly resolving conflicts and understanding the relationship between restaurant operations and broader casino and hotel areas. Communication with senior leadership and support for corporate compliance programs rounds out the responsibilities.

This position requires a commitment to professional appearance, physical mobility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The manager will spend substantial time cross-training with the culinary team and must be proficient in English communication.
