- Review monthly budget and profit and loss statements
- Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- Monitor crew prep, production, and procedure execution to manage costs
- Track waste levels and monitor crew positions to reduce waste
- Communicate sales and profit issues to General or District Manager
- Assist in executing restaurant sales and profit plans
- Monitor food costs to prevent waste and theft
- Monitor product quality during shifts and provide feedback
- Take service times and train crew to improve efficiency
- Train crew in customer courtesy and prompt response
- Take corrective actions to improve service times
- Train crew to solicit customer feedback and communicate daily goals
- Train crew to maintain cleanliness and correct deficiencies
- Train crew in new products and assist in training new managers
- Use orientation and cross-training to develop crew skills
- Recognize high-performing crewmembers
- Follow flowcharts and monitor inventory levels
- Complete physical inventory and receive weekly deliveries
