Job Requirements

  • Six months to one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of higher education and experience
  • ServSafe Certified Food Manager or TIPS equivalent
  • Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties
  • Available to work flexible hours/schedule as required
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, talk and listen
  • Ability to use hands and reach with hands and arms frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or business administration or related field preferred
  • Previous managerial experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Experience with restaurant point-of-sale systems like POSITOUCH and MICROS
  • Knowledge of online reservation systems, inventory controls, scheduling, labor management, and financial forecasting
  • Understanding of purchasing, inventory management, sanitation, security, company policies, personnel management, recordkeeping, and report preparation
  • ServSafe Certified Food Manager or TIPS equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Leadership skills including clear communication and directive abilities
