As a Restaurant Manager at Bubba's 33, you will oversee all aspects of both Front of House and Back of House operations. This crucial leadership role involves ensuring that the restaurant consistently meets the high standards of Legendary Food and Legendary Service that guests expect. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to uphold company values and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage both front and back of house operations
  • Proven track record of driving sales and guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Experience in employee training and development
  • Ability to create a positive and safe work environment

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendations to hire hourly employees
  • Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
  • Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
  • Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
  • Conducting formal line Taste and Temps
