The Restaurant Manager position is a critical management role within the organization. This role focuses on the shift management and operational leadership of a single Buffalo Wild Wings sports bar department, overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain revenue targets, profitability, and quality metrics. The Restaurant Manager acts as a vital team member who directly influences the restaurant's success by ensuring that high standards of production, productivity, customer service, and safety are consistently upheld. Responsibilities include managing staffing needs, reviewing and interviewing applicants, training new hires, and leading shift meetings to foster team communication and feedback. The position also entails providing coaching and performance counseling to team members, overseeing incident and injury documentation, and ensuring compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations, such as ServSafe Alcohol, Food, and HACCP standards. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager plays a role in administrative tasks, audit reviews, cost control, and implementing new company policies or program rollouts. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work both day and night shifts, accommodating a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of restaurant management experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain composure under stressful situations. Job Requirements

- Forms strong working relationships within team
- Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications
- Supervisory experience over hourly employees
- Food handler certification preferred
- Driver's license required

Job Duties
- Build positive, professional relationships with members of the community
- Manage department staffing needs to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained
- Review applications, interview candidates, and training
- Lead shift meetings and solicit feedback from team members
- Handle shift-by-shift coaching and performance counseling and feedback of team members as needed
- Responsible for the proper submission and documentation of all guest and team member related injuries and/or incidents
- Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals
- Conduct administrative manager functions and transactions
- Ensure adherence to ServSafe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards
- Conduct time punch audit daily and make corrections accordingly
- Assist with rollouts of new company programs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure team meets or exceeds cost of sales actual vs legitimate target
- Perform other duties as assigned
