Job Duties
- Support day-to-day restaurant operations by maintaining an active floor presence and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards

- Assist the General Manager with administrative responsibilities, including onboarding documentation, scheduling support, and operational reporting
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and graciously, ensuring positive outcomes and memorable experiences
- Partner with the management team to execute unit goals, drive performance, and support operational and sales objectives
- Monitor service flow and staffing levels to ensure efficiency and high guest satisfaction
