At Mirbeau, health, balance, and well-being are foundational values that influence every aspect of their operations and guest services. The company prides itself on an elevated, refined hospitality approach that consistently exceeds guest expectations across its spa and dining venues.
Mirbeau is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team and oversee daily food and beverage operations. This full-time salaried role offers an attractive pay range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year. The ideal candidate will deliver prompt, efficient service that elevates guest satisfaction and aligns with the brand’s refined standards. Responsibilities include managing restaurant reservations, optimizing floor plans, ensuring cleanliness and readiness of service stations, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage, and spa offerings to confidently guide guest interactions. Supporting a collaborative work environment, the manager will lead training sessions, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, and work with human resources to address disciplinary matters fairly and consistently. The role demands strong communication skills, a calm yet proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement.
Administratively, the manager will attend management meetings, oversee menu development and updates for consistency and accuracy, manage labor schedules aligned with service standards and budgets, utilize point-of-sale and reservation systems efficiently, and monitor inventory and purchasing protocols. Compliance with all federal, state, and local labor, health, and sanitation regulations is mandatory, alongside a commitment to company HR policies and payroll procedures.
Mirbeau offers an enriching work environment with incentives that encourage career growth and work-life balance. Perks include discounted spa services and retail, a 401K plan with company match, comprehensive medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans, an employee assistance program, paid time off for full-time and part-time employees, holiday pay, career advancement potential, an anniversary recognition program, performance incentives, and more. Candidates ready to lead in a hospitality environment where excellence is the standard are encouraged to join Mirbeau and find their professional balance and future within the company.
