The role available at the Ann Arbor, MI location is for a full-time management position within the Shack Management category. This position is vital for ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering superior service to every guest. As a manager at Shake Shack, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, which includes ensuring adherence to all sanitation and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food quality, and fostering an environment where team members can thrive and grow. - must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level

- food handler certification preferred
