We are dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience, characterized by high-quality service, curated menus, and a welcoming, sophisticated atmosphere. The setting blends fine dining and lounge culture, catering to an upscale clientele seeking both refined cuisine and comfortable social spaces. This prestigious venue is known for its commitment to excellence, driven by a passionate team focused on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service delivery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a luxury property where innovation, guest engagement, and meticulous attention to detail are paramount.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for operational details and a hands-on management style, ensuring that all workflows, sequencing of service, and product quality are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with various technology platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, POS systems like InfoGenesis, Opera, OpenTable, and ADP payroll software. Additionally, flexibility is a must, as the position demands working various shifts, including mornings, evenings, late nights, and weekends.

The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of management experience in food and beverage or luxury restaurant environments, with experience in union settings preferred. We value a self-starter mentality, a commitment to high standards, and the ability to foster a positive and respectful workplace culture. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory. This opportunity is perfect for a dynamic individual passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, managing luxury food and beverage operations, and driving business success.
