Job Description

Red Lobster is a renowned casual dining restaurant chain specializing in high-quality seafood and beverage service. With a rich history of serving delicious seafood dishes, Red Lobster has established itself as a leader in the restaurant industry. The company operates with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, quality, and an exceptional dining experience. With restaurants across the United States and other locations, Red Lobster continues to grow and innovate, attracting dedicated customers and employees alike. Red Lobster is well known for its team-oriented culture, emphasis on development, and comprehensive training programs that empower employees to excel in their careers.

As a Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster, you will take on a pivotal leadership role focused on overseeing the overall operations of the restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests receive exceptional seafood and beverage service, reflected in high customer satisfaction and strong sales performance. You will be in charge of recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a motivated team capable of delivering the Red Lobster experience. Creating a positive, fun, and safe work environment where team members can thrive and grow professionally will be central to your role.

This position is designed for individuals passionate about restaurant management and eager to fast-track their career in hospitality. Red Lobster offers an award-winning 11-week in-restaurant training program that equips new Restaurant Managers with the skills and knowledge necessary for success. Continuous development opportunities, leadership mentorship, and certification programs foster ongoing growth, ensuring leaders stay at the forefront of the industry standards. Additionally, Red Lobster emphasizes work-life balance by setting operating hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., eliminating early mornings and late nights for managers.

The compensation for this role ranges from $55,000 to $65,400 per year, complemented by an attractive quarterly bonus eligibility. Managers receive immediate access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401K retirement savings plan with company matching after one year of service. Additional benefits include paid vacation, dining discounts, and tuition reimbursement programs. This combination of solid pay, benefits, and professional growth programs makes the Restaurant Manager position at Red Lobster a rewarding career opportunity.

In this leadership position, you will focus on driving sales and guest satisfaction, managing employee performance through evaluations and coaching, enforcing compliance with labor policies, and selecting top talent to build a winning team. Emphasizing safe food handling and maintaining a clean environment ensures that guests have a safe and pleasant dining experience. This role requires dedication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Red Lobster’s commitment to developing talent means you will receive ongoing support and training to help you achieve your career ambitions in the restaurant industry. If you are ready to lead, inspire, and grow within a reputable brand that values its team and customers, the Restaurant Manager role at Red Lobster offers a promising path forward.
