Job Requirements
- 2-plus years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to deliver operational results and manage budgets
- Proficiency with scheduling and inventory management software
- Commitment to creating a positive and welcoming culture
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 2-plus years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
- A passion for serving guests and elevating their day
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- A track record of delivering results and building strong teams
- Strong systems proficiency, specifically with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms
- Experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred
