Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interview and recommend hiring of hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee food production and preparation consistent with recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste & Temps
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs via weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create safe fun and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals
