The role available at the New Haven location is a management position focused on overseeing daily restaurant operations. This full-time role comes with a competitive salary ranging from $53,227.20 to $65,603.20 annually. The restaurant manager at Shake Shack will play a crucial role in ensuring that the restaurant maintains its high standards of service and hospitality. This includes training staff, motivating teams, and driving operational excellence through leadership that emphasizes coaching and development. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, promoting positive community engagement, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant by supporting brand initiatives and local marketing efforts. Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction

  • Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
