Founded in 1969, Cracker Barrel has grown to operate hundreds of stores nationwide, employing over 70,000 team members who share a dedication to creating memorable guest experiences. The brand serves not just food but an atmosphere where guests and employees alike feel welcome and valued. This company emphasizes care beyond the meal, creating a work environment where collaboration and employee development are core values. Cracker Barrel’s culture is rooted in long-standing traditions of kindness, respect, and community, making it a standout employer in the restaurant industry. They take pride in their ability to offer consistent training, support, and growth opportunities to help each employee reach their full potential. As part of its commitment, Cracker Barrel invests in its managers by providing tools and resources that enable them to lead effectively and foster a hospitality-focused team environment. Their inclusive work culture listens to employees and encourages them to 'fill their cup,' meaning to grow personally and professionally within the company.

Supported 24/7 by the home office, Restaurant Associate Managers receive the tools they need to succeed in delivering customer satisfaction and team engagement. This includes mentoring and development opportunities geared toward fostering internal growth and advancement. Key expectations for this role include demonstrating dedication to hospitality, managing a team with care and respect, and upholding Cracker Barrel’s high service standards.

Cracker Barrel offers a competitive pay range for this role, from $19.23 to $23.53 per hour, alongside opportunities for annual merit increases and quarterly bonuses based on performance. The position also demands a commitment of 50 hours per week, typically distributed over five 10-hour shifts, with flexibility to work holidays and weekends as needed. This role not only challenges managers to excel operationally but also invites them to be role models who inspire their team to embody the Cracker Barrel brand values. Work at Cracker Barrel means being part of a company that values long-term relationships and mutual respect among team members. The Restaurant Associate Manager will find both a career and a community here, where their contributions make a meaningful impact every day. With an emphasis on well-being, growth, and inclusivity, Cracker Barrel strives to create an environment where team members can thrive and find fulfillment beyond just a job. This is a career path with substantial rewards for those willing to dedicate themselves to excellent service and strong leadership.
