The role of Restaurant Manager at Bubba's 33 is a leadership position responsible for overseeing both the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. The Restaurant Manager ensures that the highest standards of food preparation, guest service, and employee management are upheld consistently. This role involves managing all hourly employees, conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline, as well as participating in the recruitment process from reviewing applications to hiring. Setting employee schedules, assigning tasks efficiently, and driving sales and guest satisfaction are key components of the job. The Restaurant Manager also leads training initiatives for both FOH and BOH staff, supervising food production to ensure it aligns with established recipes and safety standards.

Safety, security, and cost management are integral responsibilities, with the Restaurant Manager enforcing security measures, managing food and liquor costs, and conducting weekly inventory control.
