The West End Portland location at 1016 W. Burnside Street is seeking a full-time Shack Manager to join the #ShackFam. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader to take charge of daily restaurant operations ensuring superior service and guest satisfaction. A Shack Manager at Shake Shack is responsible for managing high-volume, fast-paced operations, training team members across all aspects of restaurant functioning, motivating staff, and leading by example with a focus on coaching and developing a high-performance team.
The Shack Manager's duties also include promoting the Shake Shack brand locally through community events and word-of-mouth, maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety regulations, and contributing to the overall financial success of the restaurant. This role acts as a vital link between the business objectives of Shake Shack and frontline restaurant operations, making sure that the high standards of quality food and hospitality set by the brand are consistently met.

Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- Food handler certification preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours
