The Restaurant Manager role within this Wendy's franchise is a pivotal position aimed at supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This is a key leadership role that focuses on coaching the team to create a positive and engaging work environment where employees feel valued and respected. The Restaurant Manager is tasked with identifying and nurturing 5 Star Talent, ensuring that the right team members are scheduled in the right roles at appropriate times to optimize operational efficiency and customer service excellence. As a support and development position directly beneath the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager helps drive sales and profits, trains team members, and ensures the restaurant maintains excellent standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness.

This role requires someone capable of multitasking effectively, handling administrative duties alongside operational responsibilities without compromising on the customer experience. The Restaurant Manager must possess strong leadership qualities, an understanding of restaurant operations, and the ability to inspire teamwork. With the support of the General Manager or District Manager, this role ensures that the restaurant operates smoothly, promoting a fun, inviting atmosphere for both the team and customers. Job Requirements

  • college degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions / functions
