We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. This pivotal role entails providing strong, positive leadership to a restaurant team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest experiences while maximizing operational efficiency. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily functions, ensuring compliance with Dunkin' standards, franchisee policies, and all applicable laws. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of fostering a guest-focused culture that aligns with the brand’s reputation for quality and service.

The Restaurant Manager’s primary responsibilities include leading team meetings, delivering effective training to restaurant staff, executing brand standards, recipes, and systems flawlessly, and reviewing guest feedback to implement continuous improvements. Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment is critical, so enforcing food safety and sanitation procedures is a key part of the position. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will manage staffing schedules to meet guest demand, control costs to support profitability, conduct inventory, and ensure cash management policies are followed.

This role is also instrumental in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing team members, as well as coaching them to enhance sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will engage closely with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations teams and participate in new product roll-outs, including training and marketing sampling initiatives. This position offers a base salary between $45,000 and $50,000 annually, complemented by a monthly bonus program and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off.
