Job Description

Red Lobster is a well-established and highly regarded seafood restaurant chain known for its dedication to serving high-quality seafood and exceptional guest experiences. With a long-standing reputation in the restaurant industry, Red Lobster combines fresh, delicious seafood with a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a favorite destination for families, friends, and seafood lovers across the country. The company places strong emphasis on team culture, quality, and continuous employee development, ensuring that both guests and staff enjoy an exceptional environment.

As a Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster, you will play a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations. This position centers on delivering superior seafood and beverage service, all while boosting guest satisfaction to new heights. You will be entrusted with the responsibility to hire, train, and inspire your team members, fostering a work environment that is not only productive but also fun and safe. Your leadership will directly impact the restaurant’s sales performance, team growth, and overall operational excellence.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused settings and who are passionate about building vibrant teams. Your day-to-day tasks will include driving sales metrics, ensuring compliance with employment policies, managing team member performance through coaching and evaluations, and maintaining adherence to safe food handling practices. Additionally, you will be selecting and nurturing top talent, building a winning team that upholds Red Lobster’s standards and helps grow the brand’s reputation.

Red Lobster is proud to offer a comprehensive in-restaurant training program designed to enhance your management skills quickly. Their commitment to talent development is unmatched, with individual development plans and certification programs aimed at keeping managers at the top of their profession. The company supports career advancement by providing a clear pathway to progress within the restaurant and larger hospitality industry.

Work-life balance is a priority at Red Lobster. The operating hours fall between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., eliminating the need for early mornings or late nights, which supports a healthier lifestyle and more predictable schedules for managers. In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from USD 51,300 to USD 55,800 annually, the position offers weekly pay along with quarterly bonuses, immediate benefits eligibility (including medical, dental, and vision), life and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching after one year, paid vacation, dining discounts, and other voluntary benefits.

Joining Red Lobster as a Restaurant Manager means becoming part of a company that values your career goals and your personal well-being. You will work alongside industry professionals who are passionate about seafood and hospitality, receive ongoing mentorship, and enjoy numerous opportunities to advance your career. This is more than a management job; it’s a chance to build a meaningful career within one of America's most recognized seafood dining brands.
