Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 or more years of supervisory experience in the full-service restaurant industry preferred
  • Proficient planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Operational understanding of POS software
  • Valid driver’s license

  • A valid driver’s license is required

  • Follow company guidelines on vendor relationships
  • Stay abreast of competitive practices that could have an impact on business
