As a Cracker Barrel Restaurant Manager, you will play a critical leadership role, overseeing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role requires someone with 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience who can commit to a demanding work schedule, including 50 hours a week across five 10-hour shifts, as well as holidays and weekends. A valid driver’s license is also required for this position.
