The company is currently looking to hire a Restaurant Manager who will be a vital member of the leadership team. This position is a hands-on leadership role that emphasizes leading from the front rather than only overseeing operations. The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the General Manager or Franchise Partner, working closely with them to ensure business objectives and strategic targets are consistently met through effective team leadership. This role requires an individual who is dedicated to operational excellence, actively participating in day-to-day activities such as working the grill, prepping food, and maintaining cleanliness across all shifts, including opening, mid-day, and closing.

  • 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience
  • Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership
  • Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization, and operational KPIs
  • Hands-on leadership-comfortable working the drive through or grill when needed
  • Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools
  • Strong physical stamina: can lift 50 lbs, stay on your feet all day, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Minimum of 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Lead by example-actively working the line, prepping food, maintaining cleanliness, and serving guests across all shifts
