The Restaurant Manager position is designed as a developmental role directly below the General Manager, providing an opportunity for career progression within the fast-paced and dynamic restaurant industry. Working collaboratively with the General Manager and District Manager, the Restaurant Manager helps to manage staff performance, maintain high standards, and complete necessary administrative duties to support the location's success. The position requires the ability to perform various functions across the restaurant's operations, from front-line service to back-of-house management. Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing
