- Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar food service establishment

Job Duties

- Review applications interview and hire or recommend hourly employees
- Direct employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
- Supervise and oversee food production and preparation according to recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- Understand and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
