We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Restaurant Manager to take the helm at one of our Yard House locations. This leadership role is essential in executing our commitment to delivering consistently outstanding guest experiences while fostering a positive and motivated team environment. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of service, food quality, and team management meet the Yard House standards. This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, with weekly pay and eligibility for quarterly bonuses. The role limits workweeks to no more than 50 hours and guarantees two days off, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Key aspects of the role include maintaining high standards in culinary excellence and guest service, leading and developing restaurant teams, and managing systems and processes that drive efficient and exceptional execution. The Restaurant Manager role requires experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting, with a proven track record of stable employment and upward career progression. Educationally, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. At Yard House, managers are integral to the company’s success and are given plenty of opportunity to grow professionally, with 99% of General Managers, Executive Chefs, and Directors of Operations promoted from within, and 60% of Restaurant Managers promoted from team member positions.
