Job Description
Sixty Vines is a distinguished restaurant brand known for its unique approach to bringing the wine country experience to a broader audience across the nation. Rooted in the heart of wine country culture, Sixty Vines focuses on delivering exceptional food and wine experiences while being committed to sustainability and reducing its carbon footprint. With a mission to reimagine wine culture, the restaurant offers an atmosphere inspired by the scenic beauty of wine regions, an open kitchen concept, and a chef-curated menu designed to satisfy the senses. Sixty Vines is in a period of national expansion, making it an exciting time to join as it builds a network of locations dedicated to fine wine, excellent cuisine, and memorable guest experiences. Employment with Sixty Vines means being part of a team that values innovation, top-tier hospitality, and environmental responsibility. The employment opportunity at Sixty Vines is full-time with a competitive salary range commensurate with experience, typically between $55,000 and $75,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, employees benefit from a monthly profit-sharing plan, which rewards team members financially for the success of the business. Other attractive perks include flexible schedules, potential for a four-day workweek once a month, up to 17 days of paid time off, 401(k) matching, and health insurance eligibility after 60 days of employment. Employees also enjoy quarterly trips to wine country, access to free mental health services, and support for certifications such as WSET and Sommelier credentials. They encourage prospective candidates to learn more about their culture and team environment by engaging with their interactive 1Huddle app experience. The restaurant is currently hiring for the position of Restaurant Manager, an integral role within the management team that typically consists of 3 to 5 members. As a Restaurant Manager at Sixty Vines, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that the establishment runs smoothly, maintains high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and delivers outstanding guest service. You will lead by example, motivating your team to uphold the restaurant’s values and mission with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about wine and food culture, enjoys leadership, and seeks a balance between a high-performing career and personal life. Your responsibilities will extend to managing financial aspects such as reviewing sales figures, inventory management, and optimizing operational procedures to drive business success. Additionally, you will play a critical role in team development, participating in hiring, training, and mentoring staff members to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Sixty Vines values a guest-first mindset and expects its managers to embody this philosophy consistently. You will uphold strict standards, maintain the integrity of the menu offerings, and ensure the restaurant delivers a consistently high-quality experience to every guest. Working in an environment that blends passion for hospitality with a focus on sustainability and guest satisfaction, you will have the chance to contribute meaningfully to a growing and innovative brand in the restaurant industry.
