Job Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time and work in fluctuating temperatures including freezer and outdoor patio
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Minimum three years of FOH operations or supervisory positions
  • Understanding of cooking times and processes
  • Ability to operate cash register and POS
  • Must obtain certifications as required by company policy

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Drive sales and control expenses
  • Oversee team member activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Act as ambassador for brand, service, financial, and cleaning standards
  • Train new team members and provide ongoing training
  • Confidently handle guest relations including table touches and complaint de-escalation
  • Understand and implement policies, procedures, standards, specifications, and training programs
  • Enforce restaurant expectations regarding team members and take corrective action when needed
  • Follow labor plans and staffing matrices
  • Maintain responsibility for financial performance impacting operations
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations
