The leadership role at California Pizza Kitchen is an exciting opportunity for experienced front-of-house (FOH) managers to join a well-established, passionate team that is focused on delivering extraordinary dining experiences. Management at CPK is provided with a comprehensive eight-week training program that uses various learning techniques, including online modules and hands-on coaching, to prepare them for success in dynamic restaurant environments.

They are also tasked with managing the restaurant's profit and loss statements, forecasting and controlling labor costs, practicing portion control, and maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety standards. The position demands strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees, guests, suppliers, and senior management. Physical demands of the role include the ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, occasional lifting, and the need for keen vision capabilities to uphold operational standards.
