Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • True leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in managing costs related to goods sold and labor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Experience in staff recruitment, training, and development
  • Familiarity with operational standards and guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
