The group values motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are enthusiastic about building strong relationships with both guests and staff, driving the company’s high standards of hospitality and operational success. Joining Hillstone means becoming part of a nationwide network that supports career advancement and offers diverse opportunities through flexible placement options requiring relocation.

The role available is a key position within Hillstone's management team, designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to lead in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position begins with an 8-week self-directed training program that immerses new managers in all facets of restaurant operations, from the dining room to the kitchen. Participants gain valuable hands-on experience and receive guidance from experienced staff and management mentors. Upon completion of training, the manager assumes responsibilities critical to the restaurant's success, including leading and mentoring staff, managing inventory, overseeing operational efficiency, and supporting daily operations to maintain the highest standards of service. In addition, this role involves hiring and developing team members, ensuring a talented and motivated workforce, and actively engaging with guests to create positive and memorable dining experiences. Collaboration with other members of the management team is essential to achieving the restaurant’s overall goals. Compensation begins at $100,000 to $110,000 annually, with performance-based incentive pay enabling many general managers to earn over $200,000. Comprehensive benefits include paid vacation and medical coverage, with placement opportunities nationwide requiring flexibility for relocation.
