The role available is a key position within Hillstone's management team, designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to lead in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position begins with an 8-week self-directed training program that immerses new managers in all facets of restaurant operations, from the dining room to the kitchen. Compensation begins at $100,000 to $110,000 annually, with performance-based incentive pay enabling many general managers to earn over $200,000.
