The Restaurant Manager at Hooters of Murfreesboro plays a crucial role in managing multiple facets of the restaurant's operations. This position involves overseeing hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and overall atmosphere. The manager works closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations that comply with company policies and quality standards. Key responsibilities include vendor and supplier management, employee selection for both front and back of house, and spearheading training initiatives aimed at staff development and performance improvement. The manager is also responsible for general business administration tasks such as payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or ged
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • valid food safety/sanitation certification
  • 21 years of age or older
  • valid servsafe alcohol certification prior to employment
